Cancellation

We understand things happen that you can’t plan for! If you need to cancel, we ask you to let us know as far ahead of your appointment as possible so that we can offer that slot to someone else

Charges

We do not charge for cancellations. Please be aware that if cancellation happens too often, we may prioritise other clients or refuse further bookings
